NeurolNet.com is in the process of defining a new website that defies the norm. The vision is to have a website that is not only interactive, but mood-based according to what you tell it. Traditional search engines are fine, and will be used, but the directory structures have not really taken any major evolutionary leap.
Currently, you go to your computer and launch your browser and/or launch another program or two. In your browser, you go to a search engine, and specifically look for particular words or phrases.
In the future, you should be able to go to your computer and tell it you want to be productive, make some money, find a job, learn some mind-blowing information to take you to the next level as a subject matter expert, teach it about you so it will know your interests, socialize, or be entertained while you goof off, all in the secure environment of your home or home office.
First mappings will be subject matter related to medical science, computer science, advances in neural mapping, interesting facts, and some sites for entertainment, relaxing, and goofing off.
The project is entirely funded by domain name registrations from ProName.US which is the only advertiser in this rudimentary, early beginnings. With their low prices, there is not much margin, so we’re keeping expenses down by doing such things as using free web hosting services in return for ad banners from our web host.
